This page explains the information used to run your orders and help you shop.
Order information
We collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, instructions and items you enter at checkout. We use them to arrange orders, delivery, payment checks and customer support.
Paystack processes your payment. We store its payment reference, amount and status, not your card number or card security code.
Website storage and service providers
Your basket is saved in your browser. Secure cookies protect private order access and admin sessions. Clearing browser storage can remove your basket and access cookies.
Hosting and database providers store the information required to run this website. Payment and transactional-email providers process the details needed to perform their services. The contact form uses FormSubmit to forward enquiries to our business email.
Feedback and optional updates
If you submit a review after delivery and agree to publication, your chosen display name, rating and comment can appear publicly after moderation. Your email and delivery address are not published with the review.
Marketing consent is optional at checkout. You can ask us to withdraw it by emailing info.happylifechicken@gmail.com. Order and delivery messages are separate from marketing preferences.
Questions or corrections
Contact info.happylifechicken@gmail.com to ask about your information, correct an order detail, or request removal. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you and explain any records we need to retain for order or payment reconciliation.
Keep your private order links confidential: anyone you share a valid link with can access that order.
